Briscoe Shutters, Hurricane Shutters comes with a 1” x 4” (standard) Build out Frame, this frame is like a picture frame, framing the opening, the corners are miter cut, welded together than sanded to a smooth finish, and powder coated, enhancing the beauty of the opening giving it an added dimension, shadow lines, and architectural appeal. The Build Out Frame bolts onto the building around the window opening (over top any stucco bands or trim), than the Shutter attaches to the Build Out Frame.
